Sarah and I took it pretty easy the first half of the day in my apartment. Cleaning up the apartment, ourselves…Later, we went to Shinjuku in the afternoon to visit the Park Hyatt’s infamous New York Bar, from the infamous movie, Lost in Translation. We thought it would be a good prep before heading to Sushi Bar Yasuda for our reservation at 8:30. Plus, after 8pm at the bar, there is a cover charge. We had two drinks at the bar and enjoyed them while we watched people, making up their life stories. At 8:30 began our divine sushi adventure with sushi chef Yasuda near Aoyama, Tokyo. If you aren’t a fan of raw fish and rice, you’re missing out.
