A fresh “Farmer” start to the new year

After interviewing a couple of foreigners with Chihiro in Omotesando, I suggested that we check out a restaurant that had caught my eye a few times in the area. I had been craving something healthy but not Japanese and it seemed like the perfect place for dinner. That restaurant’s name is Mr. Farmer. Mr. Farmer puts a lot of emphasis on vegetables and organic foods. It reminded of home since many restaurants in L.A. are really similar. What stood out to me were the omelettes (which I definitely need to order next time), because it’s rare to come across them or scrambles in Japan. That night, I ordered the herb roasted chicken with quinoa and Chihiro ordered a signature salad. I don’t remember the last time I had a meal like that, but it definitely was a delicious and healthy meal that I’ve been waiting for a long time.
